iD Mobile is the UK mobile network run by Dixons Carphone.
Based at head office, I worked closely with the product and design teams on UX copy for the relaunch of the iD Mobile app.
I also supplied copy for the iD website and community pages and worked on the site’s tone of voice in readiness for the relaunch.
